Our Story

Dreams do come true!

Growing up my husband always wanted to have his own food truck and to be his own boss. Fast forward twenty years, five kids, and a military career later, and here we are making it a reality with our own gourmet food trailer.

Our team enjoys carefully crafting unique dishes that will bring a smile to your face. Our menu is filled with sandwiches that are inspired by our travels throughout North and South America. Our desserts are handmade and will make your heart beam with joy. We are a family driven with love delivered!
